White knight ghost chilli peppers

Have to admit i've grown chilles in the past and never have I had issue and yet this White knight ghost chilli pepper first stunted its own growth then started to grow so fast that i must have removed about 2/3rds of it just trying to figure out what to do about it... It is really agressive at growing in DWC Deep Water Culture or bubbleponics but am seeing a few results after various other plants of it kind of stunted grow with the chillis...

Really for fun as busy sorting out other projects but yes I have had a couple from one plant and very nice to make a curry and only need to use half a chilli pepper in order to make the curry hot enough...

Year on will have more on all projects but pondering redoing these chilli plants again using filtered 7ph water with a filter as heard multiple opinions that filtered water may be needed.

I really should be getting on with the fish and mushrooms and nice to see so many mushroom syringes on ebay and places so pondering this one for next year...  Robotics is coming along as such but indeed brewing my own beer from grain I'm going to be put off until late next year.

Desktop? usual KDE plasma with gkrellm, gkrellmtop set to 3%

Does me well and as said when I have a phat playstation 5 pro that is not just a decent gaming box but a "no cheating available" I sometimes wish to switch to ps5 only or indeed ps5 and xbox but still a lot of the fun is honing our skills on besting even the evil windows pc hackers.. ;)

Very much the same though about strict tool chains and I ponder it for Windows just as much as for linux with steam but also the game developers that repeatedly slip updates in that can crud and crap on any cheaters...  In short ps5 and xbox don't suffer the cheater disease like PC and yet at the same time I like to tinker on linux so don't want such a strict tool chain either...

PS5 pro is me very happy and again my linux box doesn't need a corporate controlled strict tool chain..

Screen shot for no apparent reason other then been years...

A year on a lot of info will be updating but again how much will i have to use a wintendo box for augmented VR?  for me right now i'm happy gaming on a ps5 pro for protection from cheats plus performance but can linux get the api's correct for augmented to truly be a meld of everything augmented is to be for optimised business...

Have fun and happy xmas to all!!!

Kind Regards,

Marc

Odds and sods

Really been busy with a lot of projects but very much ticking away on a lot of research lab wise but as usual found a few interesting things while exploring that are both computer related and not.

Lab work is still the usual Bubbleponic research and nutrients, pruning, lighting and even emf plus root heating and other research on various; including MEGA BROCOLI! which was me bored waiting for my Ghost knight white chilli peppers.

Some interesting observations though computer wise as I noted my laptop always lagged out a tap and using the usual encrypted home but noted CCP from AMD was never working but it calling upon an intel module...  Considering i stopped using wintendo about 10 years ago I needed to update the bios so went hunting for an easy fix..

Gentoo Bios update!  using windows PE  https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/sergei_strelecs_winpe.html

It is password protected but password is on the main page but managed to fix my stupid issue, or issues, with bios using it...

Using           sys-boot/woeusb-ng  also did a fantastic job of making sure my usbdrive was made bootable but just stuck the bios .exe in my efi directory and it picked it up fine...

Since the bios update the laptop has been having a lot better and CCP is a module now along with a few other issues fixed but i think some of it was also due to me still using multilib but still want to keep it though only a lot of media codecs were left as issue last time I checked...

Other research wise computer wise is in LTO of which using LTO and graphite gcc stuff i've really noticed some speed improvements to things like boot into kde and even libreoffice seems a lot snappier as well as a few other things...

Got fish research and all sorts so really another year on but sat pondering a few issues computer wise has been ages since i've updated on anything Gentoo Linux.

Report in more Xmas next year and have a good xmas!!

Kind Regards,

Marc
